What I'm working towards now
I'm currently working towards ITIL® Master status, the highest designation within the ITIL scheme, requiring a case-study based demonstration of applying ITIL guidance to real organisational challenges rather than further exam-based learning.

Foundational education and training
15 GCSEs, grades A–C
Including Mathematics, English and Science.
BTEC in Relief Operations Skills
Civil engineering discipline, completed during military service.
NVQ in Public Services
Vocational qualification in public service delivery.
